Frequently asked questions

Forensys Veridica provides factual evidence organisation and litigation support. These answers explain what the service does, what it does not do, how booking and payment work, and how evidence is handled.

Forensys Veridica is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation or advocacy. If you need legal advice, you should consult a qualified Australian legal practitioner.

Who is Forensys Veridica?

Forensys Veridica is a forensic evidence analysis and litigation support consultancy focused on organising factual material into clear, structured and reusable formats. The work may include chronologies, evidence matrices, document indexes, exhibit preparation support, contradiction analysis and factual drafting support.

The service is designed for people and organisations that need their evidence arranged in a way that is easier to understand, brief, review and use.

Do you provide legal advice?

No. Forensys Veridica is not a law firm. It does not provide legal advice, represent clients in court, prepare legal opinions or determine legal rights. It provides factual forensic consulting only. If you need legal interpretation, advice, strategy, representation or advocacy, speak with an appropriately qualified Australian legal practitioner.

What services do you provide?

Forensys Veridica provides practical evidence organisation and factual litigation support. Services may include:

  • forensic fact chronologies;
  • evidence organisation and document indexing;
  • systematic document review;
  • contradiction, gap and inconsistency analysis;
  • factual affidavit or witness statement preparation support;
  • non-legal form filling support;
  • evidence matrices;
  • court or tribunal exhibit preparation support;
  • structured data analysis; and
  • ongoing litigation support for factual materials.

All work is limited to factual organisation and analysis. Legal interpretation remains the responsibility of the client’s legal practitioner, or the client if they choose to remain self-represented.

What is a forensic fact chronology?

A forensic fact chronology is a structured timeline of events prepared from source material such as documents, emails, text messages, photographs, spreadsheets, audio notes, records and correspondence.

The purpose is to show what happened, when it happened, who was involved and which source material supports each factual entry. A good chronology helps reduce confusion and can make it easier for a lawyer, decision-maker or client to understand the sequence of events.

What jurisdictions or forums can your work support?

Forensys Veridica can organise factual material for matters connected with Western Australian and Commonwealth courts, tribunals and decision-making bodies. These may include employment, workplace, administrative, family, civil, workers compensation and related matters.

The appropriate forum depends on the matter. Listing a court, tribunal or agency on this website does not mean Forensys Veridica provides legal advice, legal representation, affiliation with that body or a guarantee that your matter is eligible to be heard there.

How long does the work take?

Timing depends on the amount of material, the complexity of the matter, the number of issues, the condition of the documents, and any deadline you are working towards.

After the initial consultation, Forensys Veridica may provide a proposed scope, estimated timing and quote for substantive work where appropriate. Urgent work may not always be available.

How are fees and quotes handled?

The initial consultation is booked through Calendly, runs for 60 minutes and costs AUD 220. Any substantive forensic consulting, evidence analysis, chronology preparation, document review, report preparation or ongoing engagement requires an individual written quotation. No ongoing engagement is created solely by booking a consultation. Substantive work begins only after the business accepts the engagement and the client accepts the written scope, fees, payment terms and applicable Terms of Engagement.

How does the consultation credit work?

AUD 110 may be credited to the first approved substantive service where appropriate and confirmed in writing. The credit is not automatic.

The credit only applies if Forensys Veridica agrees to provide further substantive services and the credit is expressly confirmed in the written engagement or quote.

How do I pay?

Consultation bookings are handled through Calendly. Calendly invokes Stripe for payment as part of the booking flow. You do not need to send payment card details directly to Forensys Veridica by email.

Substantive services, if agreed, will be invoiced or paid as set out in the written quote or engagement terms.

What is your cancellation or refund policy?

Clients may cancel or reschedule without charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled consultation. Requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation may be subject to the business cancellation policy. This is an owner-updatable business policy and must match the booking flow, booking confirmation, Website Terms of Use and Terms of Engagement. Refund wording remains [OWNER TO CONFIRM] [LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED].

Will my information be kept confidential?

Forensys Veridica treats client information and evidence as confidential, subject to legal obligations, authorised disclosures, service-provider requirements and any written terms of engagement.

Confidentiality does not make Forensys Veridica a law firm and does not create solicitor-client privilege. If you need advice about legal professional privilege, you should speak with a qualified Australian legal practitioner.

Do I upload evidence through the website?

No. The public website does not accept evidence uploads. This is an intentional privacy and security boundary.

Visitors should not upload evidence through the website because no upload function exists. Evidence transfer, if required, will be arranged separately after contact or consultation using an approved secure-transfer method.

Can I email my evidence?

Ordinary email is suitable for general enquiries and low-sensitivity correspondence only. It should not be used as the default method for sending sensitive evidence, large document bundles, medical records, financial records, identity documents or confidential material.

If evidence transfer is required, contact Forensys Veridica first so an appropriate transfer method can be arranged.

How do I send evidence securely?

After a consultation or approved enquiry, Forensys Veridica may arrange an appropriate secure-transfer method for the matter. The method will depend on the type, sensitivity and volume of material.

No secure-transfer vendor is specified on this website. The method must be confirmed directly before evidence is sent.

Do you work with solicitors or barristers?

Yes. Forensys Veridica may assist solicitors, barristers and their clients by preparing factual chronologies, document indexes, evidence matrices and briefing materials.

Where a solicitor or barrister is involved, they remain responsible for legal advice, legal strategy, drafting legal arguments, court advocacy and professional obligations.

Can your work be used in court or tribunal proceedings?

Forensys Veridica prepares factual materials that may assist with court, tribunal, mediation, lawyer briefing or case-preparation processes. Whether any document is appropriate to file, serve, rely on or tender is a legal or procedural question.

Clients should obtain legal advice before filing or relying on any material in a court or tribunal.

Do you guarantee a result?

No. Forensys Veridica does not guarantee any outcome in a legal, tribunal, administrative, employment, insurance or workplace process.

Evidence organisation can improve clarity, structure and usability. It does not determine the merits of a matter and does not control how another party, lawyer, court, tribunal, insurer, employer or agency will respond.

What if I am unhappy with the service?

If you have a concern, contact Forensys Veridica in writing and explain the issue clearly. The concern will be reviewed against the agreed scope, written instructions and deliverables.

Complaints process and escalation wording: [OWNER TO CONFIRM] [LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED].

I am not sure whether my matter is suitable. What should I do?

If you are unsure, review the Services, Jurisdictions and Professional Disclaimer pages first. If your question is about factual evidence organisation rather than legal advice, you may book an initial consultation or contact Forensys Veridica with a general enquiry.

Do not send sensitive evidence by ordinary email unless Forensys Veridica has confirmed that this is appropriate for your matter.
